Roles & Responsibilities
Testing Strategy & Planning
- Define and maintain the testing and readiness framework.ย
- Develop test strategies, plans, and schedules across projects.ย
- Ensure alignment between requirements, test coverage, and environments.ย
Test Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), UAT, regression, and performance testing.ย
- Ensure test environments, data, and tools are available and ready.ย
- Track testing progress, coverage, and defect resolution.ย
Release & Operational Readiness
- Define and manage go-live readiness criteria and checklists.ย
- Coordinate release readiness reviews and deployment planning.ย
- Ensure operational handover to support and operations teams.ย
- Validate training, documentation, and support readiness.ย
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify readiness risks and testing gaps.ย
- Manage defects, issues, and dependencies across teams.ย
- Ensure corrective actions are implemented before release.ย
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Track and report testing and readiness KPIs.ย
- Conduct post-release reviews and lessons learned.ย
- Improve testing and release processes and tools.ย
