This position is STRICTLY for candidates with CALL CENTER / OUTBOUND TELESALES experience.
Job Overview:
We are a Qatar-based professional training institute urgently hiring Outbound Telesales Executives who are confident in high-volume calling, lead generation, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 70–90 outbound calls per day
- Contact warm & cold leads for professional training courses
- Promote Management, HSE, Finance, and Language programs
- Follow up with prospects and close enrollments
- Achieve monthly revenue targets of QAR 25,000 – 40,000+
- Maintain call records and lead updates
Mandatory Requirements
- Call Center / Outbound Telesales experience (MINIMUM 2 YEARS)
- Comfortable with cold calling & lead generation
- Fluent English communication (neutral accent preferred)
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing skills
- Energetic, target-oriented, and commission-driven attitude
- Ability to work for a Qatar-based company
