Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Create, edit, and manage web content on QDBโ€™s digital platforms using

Sitecore CMS.

  • Ensure all content is accurately translated and published in both English and

Arabic.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (marketing, product, digital) to gather

content requirements.

  • Implement SEO best practices and web accessibility guidelines in all published

content.

  • Maintain and update page layouts, components, and metadata as per QDBโ€™s

digital standards.

  • Perform regular content audits to ensure consistency, accuracy, and relevance.
  • Support content publishing for campaigns, product launches, or events.
  • Troubleshoot content issues and work with technical teams when necessary.
  • Follow the established approval workflows and version control processes.
  • Uphold QDBโ€™s brand voice, tone, and style guide across all content.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience working with Sitecore CMS (preferably Sitecore 9 or above).

  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • At least 2โ€“4 years of experience in web content management or digital

publishing.

  • Familiarity with HTML, basic CSS, and digital asset management practices.
  • Experience with SEO, accessibility, and UX principles.
  • Strong attention to detail, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    Experience in financial or government sector digital platforms.
    • Understanding of content personalization in Sitecore.
    • Exposure to content analytics and performance tracking tools (e.g., Google
    Analytics, Hotjar).
