Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform screen printing on various materials such as acrylic, wood, metal, glass, plastic, fabric, PVC, and promotional items
Prepare screens, stencils, and emulsions for printing
Mix inks and match colors according to design requirements
Set up and operate manual and semi-automatic screen printing machines
Ensure proper alignment, registration, and finishing quality
Maintain consistency in print quality across multiple items
Inspect printed materials and correct defects if required
Clean and maintain screens, tools, and printing equipment
Follow workplace safety and quality standards

Desired Candidate Profile

High school diploma or equivalent is required; vocational training in screen printing is a plus.
Basic understanding of screen printing processes, equipment, and materials is essential.
Prior experience in screen printing, with at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience, is highly desirable.
Familiarity with various screen printing techniques, including spot colour, halftone, and simulated process printing.
Proven experience as a Screen Printing Technician
Ability to print on multiple materials and surfaces
Knowledge of different inks and curing methods
Good understanding of screen preparation and printing techniques
Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines
Attention to detail and professional workmanship
