Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full sales team (Sales Reps + Promoters)
  • Drive primary & secondary sales across:
    • Hypermarkets
    • Supermarkets
    • Grocery / Traditional Trade
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Negotiate listings, promotions & commercial terms with key accounts
  • Develop route plans and optimize van sales performance
  • Monitor promoter productivity inside hypermarkets
  • Ensure product availability, visibility & merchandising standards
  • Control receivables and ensure timely collections
  • Analyze competitor pricing & market trends
  • Prepare monthly sales performance reports for management

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3โ€“5 years FMCG distribution experience in Qatar
  • Minimum 3โ€“5 years as Sales Manager / Senior Sales Supervisor
  • Strong network with key accounts (Lulu, Carrefour, Safari, Al Meera, etc.)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing multi-category portfolio preferred
  • Valid Qatar driving license
