Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full sales team (Sales Reps + Promoters)
- Drive primary & secondary sales across:
- Hypermarkets
- Supermarkets
- Grocery / Traditional Trade
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Negotiate listings, promotions & commercial terms with key accounts
- Develop route plans and optimize van sales performance
- Monitor promoter productivity inside hypermarkets
- Ensure product availability, visibility & merchandising standards
- Control receivables and ensure timely collections
- Analyze competitor pricing & market trends
- Prepare monthly sales performance reports for management
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3โ5 years FMCG distribution experience in Qatar
- Minimum 3โ5 years as Sales Manager / Senior Sales Supervisor
- Strong network with key accounts (Lulu, Carrefour, Safari, Al Meera, etc.)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Experience managing multi-category portfolio preferred
- Valid Qatar driving license
