Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the fit-out and interior projects sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and designers.
  • Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, and commercial quotations for projects.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide technical guidance.
  • Collaborate with the design, estimation, and execution teams to ensure project delivery.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and new project developments

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  2. Minimum 3โ€“5 years experience in fit-out sales, interior projects, or architectural products in the Qatar or Gulf region.
  3. Strong knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and technical drawings.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Valid Qatar driving license (mandatory for site visits and client meetings).
  6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  7. Goal-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
