Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Relationship Manager to join our team in Qatar.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met with excellence and professionalism. The ideal

candidate will bring a solid background in relationship management, a deep understanding of the IT sector, and strong knowledge of the market with a proactive approach to identifying potential opportunities.

Tasks and activities

  • Understanding clients’ diverse and specific business needs and applying service knowledge to customize provided services.
  • Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and clients’ relationships.
  • Responding to tender documents, proposals, reports, and supporting paperwork.
  • Responsible for sales reporting.
  • Meeting predefined sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Identifying appropriate prospects, setting appointments, making effective qualifying sales calls, and managing the full sales cycle.
  • Preparing professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations.
  • To be able to achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs.
  • Negotiating sales, and long-term contracts with clients.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or communication.
  • 2-4 years of experience in business development/ relationship management.
  • Previous experience in the IT industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A self-motivated and proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
