Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • End to end recruitment Mapping, Sourcing and onboarding candidates
  • Screening & shortlisting the candidates sourced through portal and Social Media and validating them on their experience and interest on the role.
  • Lateral Hiring Identifying right candidates with required Skill set and experience and make sure that it should match with the requirement as per the job description
  • MIS Preparing reports
  • Experienced in Lateral Hiring and Niche Skill.
  • Must have at least 2 years exp in Qatar
  • Experience in HR operations & Labor Law will be added advantage

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential.
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in recruitment, specifically in your industry of interest.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling positions in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of candidates.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in additional languages being a significant advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess candidate profiles and make data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, with a strong commitment to confidentiality in handling candidate information.
