Job Summary
The Receptionist & Sales Executive will be responsible for front-desk management, client engagement, membership sales, lead follow-ups, and achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, confidence in sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Working Hours
- 9 Hours Duty Per Day
- 6 Days a Week
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: QAR 2,500 per month
- Attractive Sales Commission (Based on performance & targets achieved)

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome members and guests professionally.
- Handle walk-in inquiries and provide detailed information about memberships and services.
- Manage phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails.
- Maintain accurate client records and daily reports.
- Schedule appointments and manage trainer bookings.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of reception area.
- Handle basic administrative tasks.
Sales Responsibilities
- Convince potential clients to take memberships and training packages.
- Actively follow up on leads (calls, messages, walk-ins).
- Plan and implement new strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Conduct membership renewals and upselling.
- Maintain daily sales reports and follow-up tracking.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients for retention.
- Call inactive members and encourage renewals.
- Work closely with management to achieve revenue goals.
Skills & Requirements
- Fluency in English and Hindi (Mandatory)
- Arabic is a strong advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong email communication skills
- Confident personality with sales mindset
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Previous gym or sales experience is an advantage
