Job Summary

The Receptionist & Sales Executive will be responsible for front-desk management, client engagement, membership sales, lead follow-ups, and achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, confidence in sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Working Hours

  • 9 Hours Duty Per Day
  • 6 Days a Week

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: QAR 2,500 per month
  • Attractive Sales Commission (Based on performance & targets achieved)

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome members and guests professionally.
  • Handle walk-in inquiries and provide detailed information about memberships and services.
  • Manage phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails.
  • Maintain accurate client records and daily reports.
  • Schedule appointments and manage trainer bookings.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of reception area.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks.

Sales Responsibilities

  • Convince potential clients to take memberships and training packages.
  • Actively follow up on leads (calls, messages, walk-ins).
  • Plan and implement new strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct membership renewals and upselling.
  • Maintain daily sales reports and follow-up tracking.
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients for retention.
  • Call inactive members and encourage renewals.
  • Work closely with management to achieve revenue goals.

Skills & Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Hindi (Mandatory)
  • Arabic is a strong advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong email communication skills
  • Confident personality with sales mindset
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Previous gym or sales experience is an advantage
