Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the end-to-end implementation of HR projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement programs.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and resources effectively by identifying and mitigating risks to maintain project momentum and achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR business partners, IT, and legal, to ensure seamless project integration and stakeholder alignment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Holds relevant certifications, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, demonstrating project management expertise.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 2-4 years of progressive experience in HR project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and HRIS systems.
