Position: Paver Operator

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Paver Operator to operate paving machinery for construction projects. The candidate will lay asphalt or concrete efficiently, maintain quality, and ensure smooth and level surfaces as per project specifications.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience operating pavers
• Experience in construction, road, or infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of asphalt/concrete paving techniques

Skills:

• Ability to operate paver machinery safely and efficiently
• Strong understanding of surface leveling and compaction
• Attention to detail and quality control
• Good coordination with site team

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
