Job Title: MEP Supervisor
Location: Rawdat Al Khail, Qatar
Salary: QAR 3,500 (All Inclusive)
Job Type: Contract – 1 Month (Extendable based on project requirement)
Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Work Days: 6 days a week
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) maintenance works in facilities.
- Manage technicians and ensure maintenance tasks are completed on time.
- Monitor HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems and ensure proper functioning.
- Coordinate with the facility management team and report work progress.
- Ensure safety procedures and quality standards are followed.
- Inspect completed maintenance work and resolve technical issues.
Requirements:
- Facility Management company experience is mandatory.
- Minimum 3–5 years experience as MEP Supervisor in maintenance or FM projects.
- Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to manage technicians and site activities.
- Must be available in Qatar for immediate joining.
