Maintenance System Admin Planner
Location: Education City, Qatar
Salary: QAR 5,500 โ Full Package all-inclusive salary.
Contract Duration: 12 months (extendable)
Work Schedule: 6 days per week (10 hours per day including 1 hour lunch break)
Job Overview
Our client, a globally recognized leader in industrial automation and digital solutions is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance System Admin Planner to join their team in Qatar Education City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and administering maintenance activities through CMMS systems to ensure operational efficiency and equipment reliability.
This role requires strong analytical ability, advanced Excel skills, and hands-on experience managing maintenance systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage the CMMS system for work order planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting
- Plan and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities
- Analyze maintenance data and generate reports, dashboards, and KPIs
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and system data integrity
- Optimize maintenance schedules to ensure efficient manpower and resource utilization
- Support spare parts planning and inventory coordination
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office tools
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance best practices
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Computer Engineering, or related technical field
- 2โ5 years of experience in maintenance planning, CMMS administration, or similar maintenance role
- Strong experience usingย CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis, reporting)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Good understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices
- Basic knowledge of inventory and spare parts management is an advantage
- Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
