Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Serving as the point of contact for customers which includes attending to all customer queries/enquiries/orders and coordinating the matters between the customers and production/operations staff.
  • Maintaining customer records, order records and operational records.
  • Visiting customers as and when required.
  • Supporting the routine Finance related activities such as handling petty cash, maintaining the basic revenue and cost records and following up on the receivables.
  • Taking minutes of management meetings and following up on action points.
  • Administering the communication platforms of the top management.
  • Handling the QHSE and general administration aspect of the organization.
  • Handling all general administrative tasks of the organization.

  • A good command of English.
  • Arabic literacy is a plus.
  • An active person with the right attitude toward work.
