Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Serving as the point of contact for customers which includes attending to all customer queries/enquiries/orders and coordinating the matters between the customers and production/operations staff.
- Maintaining customer records, order records and operational records.
- Visiting customers as and when required.
- Supporting the routine Finance related activities such as handling petty cash, maintaining the basic revenue and cost records and following up on the receivables.
- Taking minutes of management meetings and following up on action points.
- Administering the communication platforms of the top management.
- Handling the QHSE and general administration aspect of the organization.
- Handling all general administrative tasks of the organization.

- A good command of English.
- Arabic literacy is a plus.
- An active person with the right attitude toward work.
- Smart, work-oriented and willing to work under pressure.
