Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Joinery Fitout Factory Manager to lead our wood manufacturing and joinery production operations in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily joinery factory operations
- Plan and monitor production schedules
- Supervise carpenters, machine operators, and factory staff
- Ensure quality control for doors, cabinets, furniture, and interior joinery
- Manage materials, machinery, and workflow efficiency
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and site teams

Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in joinery / woodworking factory management
- Strong knowledge of joinery production and machinery
- Ability to read technical drawings and shop drawings
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Experience in GCC countries is an advantage
