Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT & telecom systems
• Support and maintenance of LAN/WAN networks
• Configuration and troubleshooting of routers, switches, and Wi-Fi networks
• Structured cabling (UTP/Fiber) installation and maintenance
• Basic configuration and support of IP Telephony and PABX systems
• Troubleshooting network and end-user technical issues
• Knowledge and support of ELV systems (CCTV and access control)
• Maintain proper technical documentation
• Provide emergency and on-call technical support as required

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma or ITI in IT, Telecommunications, Electronics, Networking, or a related field
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in IT/Telecom support
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office, and email systems
• Networking certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA are an advantage
• Ability to work in site/camp environments
• Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
