Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• oversee daily operations of the company including production, sales and project execution.
• Manage and lead team across departments
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals.
• Maintain strong relationship with clients and suppliers.
• Ensure quality control in marble selection, processing and installation
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

Desired Candidate Profile

• proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of marble, natural stone, and related materials.
• Experience in the construction/interior/stone industry
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong business acumen and decision making ability
