Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are met consistently.
- Develop and implement effective housekeeping policies and procedures, customizing them to fit the unique needs of the facility.
- Create efficient cleaning schedules and allocate tasks effectively to optimize staff productivity and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to address guest needs and resolve any issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in housekeeping practices, integrating them into the operational framework.
Desired Candidate Profile
- At least 3 years of progressive experience in housekeeping management within luxury hotels or resorts, showcasing a track record of excellence.
- Prior experience in a similar role in a multicultural environment, showcasing adaptability and cultural sensitivity.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices to ensure safe and effective housekeeping operations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
