Role Overview

We are seeking an Engineering Director to lead our engineering division in Doha. This role requires a visionary leader with extensive technical expertise, proven management experience, and the ability to drive strategic growth. You will oversee engineering operations, ensure project excellence, and guide teams toward delivering world-class solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for all engineering functions.
• Oversee design, planning, and execution of complex engineering projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and partners to align engineering solutions with business goals.
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of emerging technologies.
• Represent Kayanac Engineering in industry forums and professional associations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• 12+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards, project management, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Pay: Up to QAR45,000.00 per month
