Communication Internal Communication: – Manager – Workshop – Superintendent – Diving Systems – Materials Coordinator – Helpers Purpose: – Be instructed of duties to be carried out and to provide updates and progress reports on duties. Inform of any problems External Communication: – Third-party service providers – Suppliers Purpose: – Arrange collection/delivery of orders Occupational Health & Safety and Environment Accountability: Are accountable for their acts and omissions. Responsibility: To follow agreed safe systems of work; to follow training and instructions; and to report accidents, incidents, and near misses. Authority: To stop work if they think the work is unsafe.
