Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage credit-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough business analysis to identify project needs, gather requirements, and define project scope, using your BA expertise.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including credit risk, technology, and operations, to facilitate project execution and resolve issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Holds relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications, demonstrating project management proficiency.
- Has a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in credit risk management or related financial services, showcasing industry expertise.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of credit products, lending processes, and regulatory frameworks, ensuring compliance.
