Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the Siebel implementation process by coordinating business analysts and technical personnel to assure successful implementation.
  • Current Siebel configuration set-up and monitoring various non-development environments
  • Siebel Configuration Support
  • Work on analyzing the Production Bugs and share findings with Development Team and working closely with both Dev & L3 to be able to fix Bugs from his side.
  • Deploying Bug Fix release to Production environment through formal procedure
  • Be able to fix the incidents using workarounds solution until the main problem be solved by development team
  • Investigate, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical problems related to Siebel functionality, performance, and integration with other system.Knowledge:
    • Experience in Requirement Analysis, Design, Development, Testing & Implementation of complete software development life cycle projects for Multi – tier Enterprise Applications.
    • Experience Developing and Maintaining/Supporting applications built in Siebel.
    • Experience in Unit testing, Functional testing, and Integration testing.
    • Provide production support. Resolving production issues, create Jira tickets, and helping end users by providing support they needed for the application issues.
    • Debugging the coding defects, Identify the RC of the defects, validate the fixes and close the bugs accordingly.
    • Responsible to solve the application issues based on SLA.
    • Deploying and testing application in various environments including UAT and Production based on change management process.
    • Solid understanding of Siebel Tools Configuration, Siebel e-Script, Siebel e-AI, Siebel EIM, Web Services, Business Services, Workflow Policies, Assignment Manager, and Siebel Administrative Tasks
    • Background in a technical development environment and solid working of relational databases (i.e. Oracle, SQL), operating systems, and hardware platforms
    • Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance processes, methodologies and tools
    • Excellent customer relationship, organization and follow through skills, as well as a positive attitude

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in Siebel applications.
  • Experience on ITIL Process and ticketing systems
  • Familiarity with databases, SQL queries.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical challenges.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in technical support or application maintenance is preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 yearsโ€™ experience with Siebel Financial Services and/or Siebel Call Center and/or Siebel Public Sector
  • Experience in implementing and integration in multiple diverse environments
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills: English/Arabic
  • Preferred Candidates should have Siebel Certification
