Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage complex IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
• Perform routine system checks, backups, and data recovery procedures to maintain data integrity and minimize downtime.
• Respond promptly to system alerts and user issues, troubleshooting and resolving technical problems efficiently.
• Administer user accounts and permissions, ensuring data security and compliance with organizational policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates holding an Associate’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Possesses relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
• Demonstrates 1-3 years of experience in a computer operator or similar role within the IT industry.
• Prior experience working in a data center or IT operations environment is highly desirable.
