Role Overview

We are seeking an Aviation Director to lead and oversee our aviation operations in Al Rayyan. This role requires a seasoned aviation professional with strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of aviation regulations, and the ability to manage complex operations. You will be responsible for ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance while guiding the company’s strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across all aviation operations.
• Ensure compliance with international and local aviation regulations and safety standards.
• Oversee passenger, cargo, and technical operations to ensure efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with regulatory authorities, airports, and industry partners.
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational performance metrics.
• Lead and mentor aviation teams, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in aviation services.
• Represent Airnsky Aviation in industry forums and professional associations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aviation Management, Aeronautical Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of aviation experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of aviation operations, safety protocols, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale aviation operations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR48,000.00 per month
