Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Joinery Fitout Factory Manager to lead our wood manufacturing and joinery production operations in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily joinery factory operations
• Plan and monitor production schedules
• Supervise carpenters, machine operators, and factory staff
• Ensure quality control for doors, cabinets, furniture, and interior joinery
• Manage materials, machinery, and workflow efficiency
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and site teams

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in joinery / woodworking factory management
• Strong knowledge of joinery production and machinery
• Ability to read technical drawings and shop drawings
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Experience in GCC countries is an advantage
