Purpose:
To support follow-up on ongoing and upcoming strategic initiatives, track KPIs, coordinate execution across departments.
To support and maintain momentum on strategic targets.
External Communication:

- Customers
- Contractors/Subcontractors
Purpose:
To support the execution of strategic initiatives by tracking KPIs, coordinating cross-functional actions, and enabling performance reporting to ensure alignment with the companyโs strategic goals.

Education & Professional Qualification:
- Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field (Masterโs degree preferred)
- Project Management certification and strategic planning qualification is preferred.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in project management, strategy execution, or performance monitoring roles
- Proven experience working directly with senior executives on corporate initiatives
- Background in complex, matrix organizations (e.g., industrial, maritime, logistics sectors) is preferred.
Geographic Experience
- Qatar Market is Required
Computer Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data modeling, pivot tables, KPI tracking) and PowerPoint (executive reporting)
- Experience with project and performance management tools (e.g., MS Project, Power BI, Smartsheet, or similar)
- Familiarity with ERP systems and dashboard tools for reporting automation is a plus
Language Skills
- Fluent in Business English
- Fluent in Arabic is preferred
Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge:
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to communicate across all organizational levels
- Strong presentation skills with decent experience reporting to higher management.
- Skilled in synthesizing complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Strong exposure to KPI frameworks, business planning cycles, and cross-functional collaboration
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- MTS Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate delivery across MTS projects, manage interdependencies, and escalate business/commercial technical issues as required.
- Project Documentation & Risk Tracking: Maintain structured documentation (meeting minutes, action logs, risk registers) and ensure timely closure of action items and mitigation plans.
- Contract Management Support: Support contract drafting/review coordination, track contractual obligations, and follow up with contractors/subcontractors to ensure timely delivery, compliance, and closure of actions.
- Commercial Access & Market Studies: Support commercial growth by conducting market studies, developing new concepts, and preparing strategic recommendations to strengthen market positioning and opportunity identification.
- Cost Control & Supplier Management: Track cost performance, support budgeting/forecasting inputs, monitor variances, and support supplier performance follow-up to improve cost discipline and value delivery.
- Engineering, Drawings & Redesign Support: Provide engineering support including preparation/review/coordination of drawings and redesign requirements to meet external custom\โer needs and internal alignment requirements across MTS projects.
- Reporting & Presentations: Prepare high-quality management dashboards, executive presentations, and reports summarizing performance, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
