Job Role:
We are looking for a certified Female Massage Therapist to deliver a wide range of exceptional and professional spa treatments to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a gentle demeanor, excellent technical skills, and a deep commitment to providing a relaxing and therapeutic experience in a women-only environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of massage and body treatments proficiently, including but not limited to: Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Hot Stone, and Traditional Thai Massage.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific needs, preferences, and any medical contraindications before each treatment.
- Customize treatments to address client concerns such as stress, muscle tension, and circulation.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation in all treatment rooms and with all equipment.
- Uphold strict client confidentiality and discretion at all times, in line with the spa’s privacy policy.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on after-care, wellness tips, and home-use retail products available at the spa.
- Achieve individual sales and service targets for treatments and products.
- Work collaboratively with the spa coordinator and other team members to ensure a seamless schedule and exceptional guest experience.

Pay: QAR2,500.00 – QAR3,500.00 per month
