Job Title: Human Resources Officer
Are you passionate about people and organizational growth? Praying Spirit International Foundation is looking for a motivated Human Resources Officer to join our dynamic team in Al Waab, Doha. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting vacancies to onboarding new hires.
- Maintain HR records, employee files, and ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Administer employee benefits, payroll coordination, and leave management.
- Assist with HR policies, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs.
- Provide HR guidance and support to managers and staff.
What Weโre Looking For
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in Qatar or international organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-player attitude.
