Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Drive B2B and enterprise sales of Microsoft solutions including Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and Microsoft Copilot

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the Qatar/GCC market

Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and key decision-makers

Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, requirement gathering, solution positioning, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure

Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver customized solutions aligned with customer needs

Manage and grow key enterprise accounts to achieve revenue and growth targets

Handle RFPs, tenders, and commercial negotiations

Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and reports using CRM tools

Collaborate with Microsoft partner ecosystem and participate in co-selling activities

Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and Microsoft product updates

Desired Candidate Profile

5–10 years of experience in B2B IT / Enterprise Sales, preferably in Microsoft solutions

Strong hands-on experience selling Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, or Cloud Solutions

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Experience working in Qatar or GCC markets is highly preferred

Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling

Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and enterprise customers

Experience with CRM tools, sales pipeline management, and forecasting Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused mindset Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred)

Major Important Skills Needed (Mandatory Criteria)

Strong experience in B2B IT / Enterprise Sales (mandatory)

Hands-on experience selling Microsoft solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, Cloud Solutions)

Proven exposure to Qatar / GCC market with strong local business understanding

In-depth knowledge of the Qatar enterprise landscape and key decision-makers
