Job Title: Employee Relations Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Employee Relations Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in employee relations within the GCC, a strong understanding of local labor laws, and the ability to manage sensitive HR matters with professionalism and integrity. Fluency in Arabic is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle employee relations matters with a fair and consistent approach, aligned with company values and legal requirements.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management.
- Conduct internal investigations thoroughly, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation.
- Review and analyze attendance and payroll data to identify patterns and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure HR processes and practices are compliant with GCC labor laws and internal company policies.
- Support HR initiatives including organizational restructuring, KPI alignment, and policy development.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all employee relations matters.
- Collaborate with internal HR functions and stakeholders to foster a positive workplace environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of overall HR experience, with at least 2 year in the GCC.
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Based in Qatar preferred
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and employee relations best practices.
- Experience with HRIS systems; familiarity with SAP is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
