About the Role

I am a Senior Director of Operations based in Doha, Qatar. Due to family commitments, I am strictly seeking executive roles only within Qatar; I will not relocate.

I am looking to hire a relentless Reverse Recruiter / Lead Generator to act as my personal career agent.

Here is the deal: This role is 100% commission-based. There is no base salary. I will provide you with my optimized Executive CV and highly targeted outreach templates. Your mission is to chase down every possible lead in the Qatari market, bypass HR gatekeepers, and secure executive job offers. You only get paid when I sign an employment contract.

The Responsibilities (The Hunt)

Relentless Qatari Lead Generation: Scrape and chase down every possible lead strictly within the State of Qatar. Find the direct contact info of Managing Directors, COOs, and VPs at target Qatari holding companies, hospitality groups, and Q-Commerce platforms.
Aggressive Outreach: Send high-volume, targeted LinkedIn direct messages and cold emails daily using my provided templates.
Simple Tracking: Maintain a basic, shared spreadsheet (Excel/Google Sheets) documenting who you contacted and when to follow up. (No complex CRMs required). You manage the outreach; I show up to close the interviews.

Compensation & Structure:

Base Salary: QR 0.
The Placement Payout: You will receive 40% of my first month’s full salary as a lump-sum cash bonus immediately upon my successful signing of an executive employment contract in Qatar. (For a Senior Executive role in Doha, this is a highly lucrative, five-figure QR payout for a short-term sprint).

Required Skills & Experience:

Unstoppable Hustle: You need a pure sales/lead-generation mindset. If you want the massive payout, you have to close the deal.
Deep familiarity with LinkedIn, finding hidden email addresses, and navigating corporate portals.
Flawless written English and extreme attention to detail.
Ability to operate autonomously. I expect a simple daily end-of-day (EOD) email detailing your outreach numbers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR1,000.00 – QAR50,000.00 per month
