Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Recruitment Lead will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment operations across multiple business units. This role requires strong experience in outsourcing/manpower recruitment, high-volume hiring, and stakeholder management within the Qatar market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing through onboarding
  • Manage outsourcing and manpower recruitment projects
  • Oversee bulk hiring initiatives
  • Manage recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles across corporate and client operations
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with operational and strategic workforce needs
  • Partner with department heads to forecast and plan hiring requirements
  • Monitor, analyze, and improve recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire)
  • Build, maintain, and manage talent pipelines
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and relevant regulations
  • Supervise, mentor, and support recruitment team members

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field (mandatory)
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience
  • Strong background in outsourcing/manpower recruitment preferred
  • Proven experience hiring within the Qatar market (mandatory)
  • Demonstrated experience managing high-volume recruitment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in recruitment systems and job portals
