Job Summary
The Recruitment Lead will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment operations across multiple business units. This role requires strong experience in outsourcing/manpower recruitment, high-volume hiring, and stakeholder management within the Qatar market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing through onboarding
- Manage outsourcing and manpower recruitment projects
- Oversee bulk hiring initiatives
- Manage recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles across corporate and client operations
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with operational and strategic workforce needs
- Partner with department heads to forecast and plan hiring requirements
- Monitor, analyze, and improve recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire)
- Build, maintain, and manage talent pipelines
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and relevant regulations
- Supervise, mentor, and support recruitment team members
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field (mandatory)
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience
- Strong background in outsourcing/manpower recruitment preferred
- Proven experience hiring within the Qatar market (mandatory)
- Demonstrated experience managing high-volume recruitment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency in recruitment systems and job portals
