Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for senior to executive-level positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, and data analytics, to identify and attract high-caliber talent in niche markets.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role-specific requirements and develop tailored job descriptions that resonate with target candidates.
  • Design and implement innovative employer branding strategies to position the organization as an employer of choice in the industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on senior and executive-level recruitment.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling challenging roles in fast-paced environments, preferably in tech or finance sectors.
  • Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, AIRS) demonstrating commitment to professional development.
