Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients by understanding their needs and proactively offering solutions that exceed expectations.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience and minimizing churn.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for service improvement, leading to enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to align customer strategies, ensuring a seamless and integrated customer journey.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field to establish a foundational understanding.
- Has 4+ years of experience in customer relations, ideally within the [staffing ] industry, showcasing practical expertise.
- Demonstrates a track record of success in managing and growing customer relationships, resulting in increased customer retention.
