Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities for fit-out projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of fit-out works, resolving any conflicts or issues promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure all work meets the required standards, proactively identifying and rectifying defects.
• Prepare and maintain detailed site progress reports, including daily logs, photographs, and records of materials used and labor deployed.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Holds relevant certifications such as OSHA, and LEED, demonstrating a commitment to safety and sustainability.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer, specializing in fit-out projects.
• Demonstrates strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
