Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead lab testing for OiW, TSS, COD, and related parameters.
- QA/QC of membranes
- Ensure all lab equipment is fully functional
- Ensure all lab equipment is properly calibrated and manage the calibration schedule.
- Ensure the laboratory is well maintained in terms of housekeeping and tidiness.
- Support Chief Chemist to develop and optimize ceramic membrane functionalities by testing different methods.
- Analyze fouling mechanisms and cleaning strategies.
- Conduct advanced membrane characterization (SEM, porosity, etc.) with support of universities.
- Ensure laboratory inventory is well kept and spare parts list/any consumables are ordered in advance before it’s needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- PhD in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (Preferably with focus on ceramic membranes).
- 2–4 years experience in membrane technology and materials science.
