- Develop and execute innovative social media strategies that align with brand goals and engage target audiences.
- Video Editing Skills for Instagram Reels & Shorts.
- Create compelling, on-brand content for various platforms, ensuring a consistent voice and visual identity across all channels.
- Monitor social media trends and emerging platforms, adapting strategies to leverage new opportunities for audience engagement.
- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to refine content and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Shoot workout videos, reels, and promotional content
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred to provide a strong foundational knowledge.
- 2-4 years of hands-on social media management experience, showcasing a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Certifications in digital marketing or social media management, such as Facebook Blueprint or Hootsuite Certification, are highly advantageous.
- Experience in the tech or e-commerce industry is preferred, showcasing familiarity with digital consumer behavior.
