Hiring Senior Offset Manroland Operator

Salary: TBD

Requirements:

• Candidate should be currently based in Qatar
• Minimum 4 years’ experience operating Manroland offset printing machines or KBA offset machine

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor Manroland offset printing machines to ensure smooth production
• Set up press (plates, inks, paper) and adjust color registration and alignment
• Maintain print quality and minimize waste during production
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of the machine
• Ensure production targets and deadlines are met
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Supervise and guide junior operators/helpers
