Role Overview

We are seeking a Media Director to lead our media operations in Al Wakrah. This role requires a visionary leader with strong expertise in media production, strategy, and team management. You will oversee editorial, creative, and operational functions, ensuring that Traffingo Media delivers high-quality content and campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across all media operations, including digital, broadcast, and print.
• Oversee content creation, production, and distribution processes.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and business development teams to align media strategies with company goals.
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with media regulations, copyright laws, and ethical standards.
• Drive innovation by adopting emerging technologies and platforms.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, fostering creativity and collaboration.
• Represent Traffingo Media in industry forums and community events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Media Management, Communications, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in media operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of media production, digital platforms, and distribution strategies.
• Proven ability to manage complex operations and deliver impactful campaigns.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR34,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
