Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor swimming areas for dangerous conditions, ensuring all safety protocols are followed to prevent accidents.
- Perform rescues using proper techniques and equipment, demonstrating quick decision-making under pressure.
- Administer first aid and CPR as required, maintaining calm and effective communication with victims and bystanders.
- Conduct regular safety drills and training sessions to keep skills sharp and prepare for emergencies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree and Certification in Lifeguard. Prior experience as a lifeguard in a school is an added advantage. Age preference: Not more than 45 years.
- Current Lifeguard Certification from a recognized organization, showcasing commitment to safety.
- High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating fundamental educational achievement.
- Minimum of 1 year of lifeguarding experience, providing a solid foundation in emergency response.
- Strong swimming skills with the ability to swim long distances and perform rescues effectively.
