About the Role
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Game Developer to join our growing team in Qatar. This role is ideal for a highly skilled developer who is passionate about building exceptional games and leading technical excellence across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality game systems and features
- Collaborate with designers, artists, and producers to bring game concepts to life
- Lead technical development and contribute to architectural decisions
- Optimise performance and ensure smooth gameplay across platforms
- Identify and resolve bugs, technical challenges, and performance issues
- Implement best practices in coding, testing, and version control
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies
About You
- Proven experience in game development, with at least one shipped title
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, or similar
- Experience with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine
- Solid understanding of game architecture, physics, and rendering systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced development environment
- Passion for gaming and creating engaging player experiences
- Degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field (preferred)
