Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and fast-working 3D Designer / Animator to support our team on a project basis. This role requires strong technical ability, speed, and the capacity to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Key Requirements (Must Have):
- Proven experience in 3D design for events, exhibitions, or similar industries
- Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max (mandatory)
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) for post-production and presentation and visual storytelling
- Ability to produce BOQs, detailed drawings, and production-ready files
- Understanding of materials, lighting, and spatial design
- Must have own computer and fully functional setup
- Strong portfolio is mandatory
Performance Expectations:
- Must work fast and efficiently with quick turnaround times
- Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
- Must be resourceful, independent, and solution-driven
- Candidates who require long turnaround times (multiple days for basic outputs) will not be suitable
Good to Have not Mandatory:
- Proficiency in Blender, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, or similar software
- Experience working on large-scale events
- Experience or skill in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working on government or ministry-related projects
Work Setup: Remote / Project-based
